On June 24, 2023, deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no tag in Bonifay.
Contact was made with the driver, Eric Bolenbaugh of Graceville.
While speaking with Bolenbaugh, deputies could see a glass pipe in the floorboard and smelled the odor of burnt marijuana.
A search of Mr. Bolenbaugh’s person revealed methamphetamine in a glass container.
A subsequent search of the vehicle produced an additional glass pipe.
Bolenbaugh was taken into custody and transported to the Holmes County Jail. Upon his arrival, he admitted to having additional methamphetamine in his sock.
Bolenbaugh is charged with possession of methamphetamine.
