Harriett Julia Cox Kunde, 97 of Greenwood died Thursday, July 13, 2023 at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ivan E. Kunde; daughter, Diane Bailey; son-in-law, Sam Bailey; parents, Frank and Harriett Heard Cox; five siblings.
She is survived by her son, Van Kunde (Susan); grandchildren, Rob Hinson (Cyndee), Richard Kunde (Kelly), Amy Hinson, Elisabeth Flowers (Bradley), Brett Bailey (Tammy); great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Kunde, Reece Kunde, Blake Flowers, Bailey Flowers, Emma Claire Hinson, Jayda Hinson, Easton Hinson, Brianna Bossert, Katee Berry (Trenton);
The family would like to extend a warm thank you to her sitters, Dana Fields, Demetria Futch, Jennifer Ferrell, Gwen Wynn and Reshona Long, as well as Cody Baxter and the caring staff at Emerald Coast Hospice.
Funeral services will be 10 AM, Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at First United Methodist Church in Marianna, Florida with Reverends Dr. Nathan Attwood, Dr. Irvin Clark and Rev. Nicole Mayo officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Methodist Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
The family will receive friends Monday, from 5 – 6:30 in the Wesley Center at First United Methodist Church in Marianna.
Pallbearers will be Laurence Pender, Adris Pender, Jeremy Haile, David DeFelix, Hunter Nolan and Lee Anderson.
