John Robert White of Vernon, Florida pled ‘no contest’ to four counts of lewd and lascivious molestation under 12 years of age while employed as a bus driver for the Washington County, Florida School District this week, and scheduled to return to court to seek clemency in order to conduct business.
White was sentenced to 10 years sex offender probation, including a nighttime curfew, loss of access to the internet, sex offender rehab program, electronic monitoring and the inability to travel within 1,000 feet of schools.
