The Circle H convenience store and gas station in Vernon, Florida was again the scene of a felony assault, the second such occurrence in recent months, as Jackie Moon, Ebro, Florida Fire Chief was arrested on July 21, 2023.
The altercation was the second such instance where the security camera footage was used to ascertain guilt of the arrestee, as Moon was observed in the altercation with the victim.
