Bay County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Two Adult Females, 18 and 23, for Felony Battery in Callaway, Florida

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office announced on Thursday, July 27, 2023, the arrest of two adult females, 18 and 23, for battery and felony battery causing bodily harm.
 
On July 4, 2023, BCSO responded to an assault and battery call at 6530 Olokee Street in Callaway.
 
The investigation revealed the incident occurred at a house party thrown by unsupervised minors next door at 6526 Olokee St.
 
Just after midnight a physical altercation took place at the 6526 Olokee St. residence involving several men in the yard of the party.
 
Macy Regan attempted to leave and walk to her house at 6530 Olokee when she was confronted by Dixie Stiles who was attending the party.
 
Stiles accused Regan of stealing alcohol and vape pens.
 
When confronted, Regan pulled out a 9MM handgun from her waistband.
 
Stiles then shoved the firearm away and a physical altercation followed.
 
During the physical altercation, Regan bit the top of Stiles’ ear off.
 
Multiple bruises and lacerations were received as a result of the fight.
 
Stiles’ ear was unable to be re-attached.
 
Stiles, age 18, has been charged with battery, touch or strike.
 
Regan, age 23, has been charged with felony battery causing bodily harm.
 
This investigation is ongoing.
