A Washington County man was arrested on felony charges after deputies execute a search warrant at a Stewart Lake residence.
In the early morning hours of August 1st, the Washington County Drug Task Force along with Bay County Sheriff’s Office SID Unit executed the warrant at a home located on Stewart Lake Rd. in Washington County. Task Force members from WCSO led the search, which resulted in methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia being located in the home and property.
One occupant of the home was taken into custody on felony drug charges.
Kody Aaron Daugherty, 31, was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
