Here’s Part 1 of a  photographic retrospective of the condemnation of the old Washington County, Florida Courthouse in Chipley, Florida, in February 2014, immediately following the declaration of unsafe air quality, presence of hazardous materials and subsequent evacuation of the property, due to mold, lead, asbestos and a handful of additional health hazards that rendered the building unfit for human occupation, by Paul Goulding Photography, as commissioned by Florida’s 14th Judicial Circuit and the Washington County Board of Commissioners.
