On Tuesday, August 8, 2023, a Sneads, Florida Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on Brandy Nichole Phillmon.
Phillmon was being investigated by Jackson County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigators in connection with Operation Agua Azul for the sale of narcotics.
Phillmon was arrested and is being charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance, which is a Second-Degree Felony.
