Lois Barfield Pettis, age 90, of Wausau, FL passed from this life on Friday, August 11th, 2023. She was born on August 10th, 1933 in Washington County to the late John R. Barfield and Rannie (Miller) Barfield.
Lois is a longtime resident of Washington County and a member of the Wausau Assembly of God Church.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, H.T. Pettis, and one daughter, Patsy Wagner.
Survivors include three sons, John Pettis and wife Mary Ann of Donaldsonville, GA, Eddie Pettis and wife Deborah of Yuma, AZ, Mark Pettis and wife Jennifer of Chipley, FL. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 14th, 2023 at Wausau Assembly of God Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. with Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 A.M.
Interment will follow at Barfield Cemetery of Wausau, FL.
