The cause of death for Mississippi native Jimmy Buffett has not yet been disclosed, but the musician and his Coral Reefer band had canceled several shows on their Second Wind tour in May 2023, so that Buffett could address undisclosed medical issues.
Buffett toured for more than five decades and passed away peacefully on the night of September 1, 2023, surrounded by his family, friends, music, and dogs.
