On August 30, 2023, the Chipley, Florida Police Department received a complaint regarding a sexual offense.
Officers arrived on scene and began an investigation that concluded with the identification and arrest of 17-year-old, Chipley resident, Justine Odom.
Odom was charged with one count of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, offender less than 18 years of age, against a victim less than 12 years of age.
