Bay County, Florida Sheriff’s Office CID Arrests Several with Warrants for Theft, Lewd and Lascivious Battery on a Child, etc.

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division, with the assistance of the Field Services Division, and the technological services of the Bay Real-Time Operation Center (BAYROC), conducted an operation today to locate and arrest several individuals with warrants or active criminal charges.
 
Seven were arrested on various charges ranging from Theft to Lewd and Lascivious Battery on a Child.
 
Those arrested were:
 
Joseph Emmanuel Reyes, who had an active warrant for Manslaughter, was taken into custody at his residence on E. Baldwin Rd.
 
John Kevin Knopp of Joseph Road had active warrants for Lewd and Lascivious Battery on a Child. With the assistance of BAYROC and the Field Services Division, a traffic stop was conducted on Knopp and he was taken into custody.
 
Candice Berkley was arrested at her residence on Kingswood Road for Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia.
 
George Fletcher Haynes of Kingswood Rd. was located at a local hotel in Panama City and arrested on outstanding warrants for two counts of Burglary, Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft $750-$5,000, and Grand Theft $10,000-$15,000.
 
Jana Elizabeth Richardson was arrested at her residence on Brandon Road, for an outstanding warrant for Elderly Neglect.
 
While at this residence, two other individuals were found to have warrants and were also taken into custody.
 
These individuals were George Lee Ford, who had warrants out of Calhoun County for FTA Grand Theft (x2), and Justin Railey for Violation of Probation.
