On September 7, 2023, deputies and investigators with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office and officers with the Bonifay Police Department conducted a search warrant at a residence on North Caryville Rd. in Bonifay.
The search warrant was obtained as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation into Illegal drug sales from the residence.
Contact was made with Teresa Goodwin in a bedroom, where investigators located a glass jar containing methamphetamine residue.
A glass pipe containing methamphetamine was found in a couch where Dominic Goodwin was laying. In a shed located on the same property, deputies located Jeremias Metaluna.
A pipe containing burnt marijuana and two clear baggies with methamphetamine reside were found near the bed where Metaluna was laying.
Two other adults and three juveniles were also present in the home. The Department of Children and Families was contacted in reference to the juveniles.
Teresa Goodwin, Dominic Goodwin, and Jeremias Metaluna were arrested and transported to the Holmes County Jail. T. Goodwin is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and sale of methamphetamine.
