Washington County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Brandon Lee Charles Thomas and Jessica Lynn Parrett for Larceny, Burglary, Paraphernalia

A Caryville woman and man have been arrested for their involvement in a burglary of an unoccupied structure.

On September 17, 2023, Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a homeowner returned home to find several items missing from their barn and property.

WCSO deputies quickly develop two people of interest and conduct a traffic stop. During the stop deputies make contact with both occupants of the vehicle, 30-year-old, Brandon Lee Charles Thomas, and 34-year-old, Jessica Lynn Parrett.

Both were questioned about the burglary, and both confessed to their involvement in the thefts.

Thomas and Parrett were arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Thomas on the charges of larceny, burglary of an unoccupied structure, dealing in stolen property, and possession of paraphernalia.

Parrett’s charges consist of larceny, burglary of an unoccupied structure and possession of drug paraphernalia.

“The quick and thorough actions of the deputies allowed for this case to be solved very shortly after receiving the report,” says Sheriff Crews. “We are pleased to be able to put the suspects behind bars before more burglaries occurred in the area.”
