Items reported stolen from The Westerner on Hwy. 90 in Chipley have landed an Enterprise man in jail on theft charges in Washington County.
28-year-old Devon Scott Keiser, rightly dubbed “the Boot Bandit” has been arrested today in Washington County and is facing petit theft charges. Keiser, who was caught on video surveillance exiting the department store with the boots stowed away in his jacket was apprehended this afternoon.
