The Washington County Drug Task Force made two arrests after executing a search warrant at a residence on McFatter Avenue in Vernon yesterday.
Just after 3 p.m. November 20th, Task Force Investigators from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and Chipley Police Department executed a warrant in connection to a narcotics investigation.
Upon securing the residence, Investigators conducted a search of the residence which resulted in the seizure of a trafficking amount of methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, two types of narcotic prescription pills, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Arrests resulting from the investigation were 44-year-old Hayleydee Leiona Dykes of Vernon, FL who was currently out on bond for drug trafficking charges. Dykes was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, trafficking in methamphetamine; more than 14 grams, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested was 22-year-old Nuinai-Gage Dee Medina-Dykes, FL who was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were booked into the Washington County Jail.
