Two Jacksonville, FL women were arrested in Washington County on several felony charges to include smuggling contraband into a detention facility.
On November 26th, Washington County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Northwest Florida Reception Center to transport two arrestees following an investigation conducted by the prisons Inspector General Office and WCSO. Shawnya Latanga Hagans, 22, and Jaymicka Lashelle Oruamabo, 31, allegedly smuggled contraband into the NWFL Reception Center while visiting an inmate.
Both females were arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of heroin possession with intent to sell or manufacture, heroin-trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of smuggling contraband into a detention facility.
