William Jason Adams and Cheree Ann Sorrells fled from Walton County Sheriff’s deputies after an attempted theft in DeFuniak Springs on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
Walton County Sheriff’s Office and Walton Correctional Institution K9-Team and Okaloosa K-9 Team responded to the area of Patrick Drive and Holley King Road and quickly established a perimeter.
Sorrells was caught a short time later. This evening just before 5 pm, Adams was located. Both are en route to the Walton County Jail.
We would like to thank Walton Correctional K-9 Team and “Lulu” for tracking and apprehending these two suspects. Lulu, like Gypsy before her, always gets her man!
