Freddie J. Bullock, 81 of Chipley, went home to be with the Lord on December 19, 2023, at Washington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chipley, Florida.
Freddie was born on January 21, 1942, in Mobile, Alabama to James William Bullock and Glayds Wilma Webb. A resident of the Florida Panhandle for the previous 3 years, coming from Greenville, Alabama, Freddie was of the Christian faith and most recently attended Liberty Church in Vernon, Florida. His faith in Jesus was evident in his everyday walk of life, ministering to the homeless and those in need whenever the opportunity arose. Freddie also enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening and fishing. He loved traveling and experiencing new things, but most of all he loved who he traveled with, his family. Freddie will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; James William Bullock and Glayds Wilma Webb. brother: Ronald Bullock.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Bullock of Chipley, Florida; brothers: Arnold Bullock of Mobile, AL, Alton Wayne Bullock of Ocean Springs, MS; sisters: Judith Ann Griswald of Mobile, AL, Sheila Miles of Mobile, AL, Sandra Louise Barios of Chickasaw, AL, Martha Michelle Browning of Mobile, AL step son: Paul Brooks (Tina) and their daughter Mandy of Atlanta, Georgia; step daughter: Christi Jones (Tony Granger) of Chipley, Florida; Haddassah Ryan of Akron, OH, Hannah Gronbeck of Panama City, FL, Lisa Granger, Amanda Granger, numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
A celebration of life will be held 3 PM Sunday, January 21, 2023 at Liberty Church in Vernon, Florida with Pastor Dennis Boyett officiating. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
