Margie Everett Kelley 73, of Chipley, Florida went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2024, at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City.
Margie was born on August 12, 1950, in Chipley, Florida to Elton Everett and Sallie Parish. Everett. Margie was a lifelong resident of Chipley and was a member of Christian Haven Church in Wausau, Florida. Margie lived a simple life, spoke frankly, and loved her nieces and nephews dearly. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Elton and Sallie Everett; husband: Carl Kelley; brothers: Charles Everett, Jimmy Everett, Billy Everett.
She is survived by her sisters: Dollie Haven of Ashford, Alabama, Ethlyn Brock of Bainbridge, GA; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces.
Service will be held 2:30 PM Friday, January 19, 2024, at Obert Funeral Home Chapel (731 Kirkland Road) with Pastor Timothy Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow in Hard Labor Cemetery in Chipley, Florida. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
