William Edward Ferrell, 61 of Chipley, Florida went home to be with Lord on January 18, 2024, at his residence.
William was born on October 6, 1962 in Brunswick, GA to Jimmy Bradwell Ferrell Sr. and Elizabeth Sumner Boggs. He was a resident of Chipley since 2015 coming from Panama City Beach, Florida. William was of the Pentecostal faith and was a member of “Restoring Hope Ministries” in Chipley. In his free time, he loved to fish, and was a gifted master carpenter. Most of all, he loved his family beyond measure and will be sorely missed.
He was preceded in death by his father: Jimmy Bradwell Ferrell Sr.; brother: Jimmy “Bubba” Bradwell Ferrell Jr; niece: Jaime Ferrell.
He is survived by his mother: Elizabeth Sumner of Chipley, FL; loving wife of 12 years: Laura Ferrell of Chipley, FL; sons: Grant Ferrell of Panama City Beach, FL, Quincy Cole Ferrell of Atlanta, GA, AJ Blount of Panama City Beach, FL; daughters: Hannah Ferrell of Brunswick, GA, Britney Waters (James) of Brunswick, GA, Macie McMorris (Jacob) of Arkansas; 13 grandchildren and one on the way.
A Celebration of Life will be held 12:30 PM Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Restoring Hope Ministries (574 Buckhorn Boulevard in Chipley, Florida) with Bro. William Futch officiating. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
