Clydie Mae Croft was born on February 6, 1942 in Chipley, Florida. She passed away at home after a lengthy illness surrounded by family on March 3, 2024.
She loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Roy Lavelle and Trudie Whitehurst; husband: Paul Croft; brothers: Robert Earl and Roy Joe Whitehurst.
She is survived by her son: Michael (Peggy) Croft of Chipley, Florida: Daughter: Debra (Gary) Whittle of Bay Minette, Alabama; sisters: Eunice (Winfred) Carnley of Chipley, Florida and Rebecca Millis of Marianna, Florida; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren. She was the beloved Aunt Clydie to many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 8, 2024, at 11 AM at Oakie Ridge Baptist Church in Chipley, Florida with Pastor Shane Obert and Pastor Allen Corbin officiating. Interment will follow in Oakie Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
