On March 21, 2024, deputies from the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office, along with officers from the Bonifay Police Department, executed a search warrant at 1708 Waukesha Street in Bonifay.
The warrant was issued following an investigation into the illegal sale of methamphetamine from the residence.
During the search, law enforcement officials discovered evidence implicating multiple individuals in the illegal possession of methamphetamine.
As a result, eight individuals were apprehended and subsequently charged with various offenses related to sales and possession of methamphetamine.
The following individuals were arrested are facing the following charges:
Miles Birge Sale of Meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, keeping a drug house
Daniel Ray—violation of state probation, keeping a drug house
Linda Ray—violation of state probation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug
paraphernalia, child neglect, keeping a drug house, possession of marijuana
Roberta Copeland— possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of state probation, keeping a drug house, child neglect,
Carl Evans— possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, child neglect, keeping a drug house
Raymond Mixon— possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, child neglect, keeping a drug house
Kendra Golden—Child neglect, contributing to delinquency of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia
Quindarius Lee— possession of drug paraphernalia, keeping a drug house
