Ms. Mildred Lynette Sparks, age 93, of Panama City, Florida passed away April 17, 2024, at Bonifay Nursing and Rehab Center in Bonifay, Florida.
She was born May 13, 1930, in Richlands, Virginia. Ms. Sparks was preceded in death by her father, Thomas D. Blankenship and her mother, Madge Wilma Inscore Hamm.
Ms. Sparks is survived by two sons, Jonathan ‘JB’ Sparks and Sally of Panama City, FL, and Richard Sparks and Glenda of Vernon, FL; one daughter, Angela Sparks and Diane Jezdimir of Key Largo, FL; six grandchildren, Robyn Sparks, Allen Sparks, Jonathan Sparks II, Amber Morris, Ryan Sparks, and David Sparks; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
