Holmes County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Hershel Thomas for Sale of Methamphetamine

On April 29, 2024, deputies from the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), in collaboration with Bonifay Police, executed a search warrant at 511 McLaughlin Ave in connection with illegal drug sales.
 
This operation was initiated following extensive investigations by HCSO investigators, who had successfully purchased methamphetamine from the residence, prompting the issuance of the search warrant.
 
As a result of the search, several grams of methamphetamine were discovered in the residence. Consequently, the owner of the residence, Hershel Thomas, was arrested and charged with the sale of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
 
This successful operation highlights the unwavering commitment of law enforcement agencies in combating illegal drug activities within our community.
