Alice “Bunnie” Loretta Brock, 87 of Cottondale, went home to be with the Lord on May 27, 2024 at Jackson Hospital in Marianna, Florida surrounded by her loving family.
Alice was born on March 29, 1937 in Jackson County, Florida to Curtis and Effie Lee (Seay) Buchanan. A lifelong resident of Jackson County, Alice worked in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Aide. She loved her animals, but especially her two dogs, Brody and Baby Lucy. Alice enjoyed being outdoors maintaining and working in her yard. She will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Curtis and Effie Lee Buchanan; beloved husband: George Brock; four sisters: Erma McKay, Dorothy Lipford, Martha Hall, and Carolyn Hall; daughter in law: Cindy Brock.
She is survived by her three sons: Kenny Brock, Carey Brock (Catherine), Ronnie Brock (Tammy); eight grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
A private funeral service will be held. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
