On June 4, 2024, a Holmes County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputy conducted a traffic stop on A.J. Steverson Road, involving a vehicle driven by Randall Blair.
During the stop, K9 Lasso was deployed and alerted to the presence of narcotics.
Blair was asked to exit the vehicle, at which point the deputy noticed a bulge in the waistband area of Blair’s pants.
When the deputy attempted to pat him down, Blair resisted and was subsequently detained.
A search of Blair’s person revealed that the bulge was a glass meth pipe wrapped in a bandana, along with a plastic baggie containing methamphetamine. A search of the vehicle also revealed marijuana.
Blair was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
