A Chipley man has been arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a trespassing complaint.
On June 18th, at approximately 9:15 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a address on Lucas Lake Rd. in reference to a trespassing call.
As the deputy arrived at the address, he made contact with a subject in a black Chevrolet Silverado.
The subject was identified as 34-year-old Elton Lee Sapp of Chipley. Contact was also made with the owner of the property who stated to deputies that Sapp did not have permission to be on the property.
