The 68th Annual Panhandle Watermelon Festival on Saturday, June 22, 2024 in Downtown Chipley, Florida, enjoyed a long parade, due in large part to political candidates, along with a car show and a festival, with entertainment, vendors, food and the Watermelon Auction fundraiser, as seen in Part 1 of these photos by Paul Goulding Photography.

Florida Panhandle Technical College and Instructor Paul Goulding continue to push the envelope in innovation, constantly upgrading the array of production programs available, to satisfy the marketplace demand for drone pilots, film creators, cinematographers, television production technicians, audio engineers and content creators.
