Christene E. Rohr, 53 of Chipley, passed from this life on June 22, 2024 at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family.
Christene was born on August 15, 1970 in Denver, Colorado to Lawrence Rohr and Nora Ulibarri. She was a gifted artist who loved to paint and craft, and she also owned Starr Soap & Candle. Christene loved being outdoors spending time in her garden, as well as going to the beach whenever she was able. Her selfless spirit was evident in her everyday life as she would not hesitate to help those in need. Most of all, she loved her children and grandchildren dearly and will be sorely missed.
She was preceded in death by her mother: Nora Ulibarri; husband: Andrew William Starr; sister: Debbie Rohr.
She is survived by her two daughters: Ashton Cowell (Richard Serna) of Chipley, Florida, Andrea Rohr of Chipley, Florida; two sons: Hunter Coffman of Geneva, Alabama, Ryan Starr of Geneva, Alabama; father: Lawrence Rohr of Dodge City, Kansas; brother: Lance Rohr (Julie) of Colorado; two grandsons: Damiiano and Samuel.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
