John Dale ‘JJ” Mullins Jr., age 35, of Esto, Florida passed away June 28, 2024, at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay, Florida.
He was born July 6, 1988, in Tupelo, Mississippi. John was preceded in death by one uncle, Jimmy Rose, maternal grandfather, Dale Rose, and paternal grandmother, Peggy Mullins.
JJ is survived by his mother, Kimberly Mullins; his father, Johnny Mullins; five children, Jessica Nicole Mullins, Jazzman Leigh Gertrude Mullins, Lillian Jade Mullins, Kayden Lane Butler, and Blake Uriah Burton; five siblings, Amber Barnett, Jessica Mullins, Stephanie Mullins, Faith Sides, and Cecil Mullins; maternal grandmother, Deanie Rose; paternal grandfather, Cecil Mullins; aunts and uncles, Tina Mullins, James Rose, Johnny Rose, Eugene Welch, George Welch, and Mary Cherry; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, July 5, 2024, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held in the Bonifay Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 PM at Peel Funeral Home.
