Wausau, Florida celebrated the 2023 Wausau Possum Festival, with a parade and festival, vendors, music and some of the best people-watching, on Saturday, August 5, 2023, as seen in these images from the event by Florida Panhandle Technical College graduate photography student Cameron Taylor.
The 2024 event is scheduled for the first Saturday in August, which falls on August 3, 2024 this year.
Florida Panhandle Technical College Photography, Video Technology and Television Production Technology classes start on Monday, August 12, 2024, and these programs are close to capacity, and there will be a waiting list.
