Bay County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Tiffany Braddock, 37 on July 24, 2024 for Murder

On July 24, 2024 Bay County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious person call of a white female walking along Highway 231 appearing to be in distress.

A Patrol Deputy was able to locate and make contact with the female, identified as Tiffany Braddock 37 years old. During this interaction with the Deputy, Tiffany began making statements to him that she had killed her mother at their shared home on East Orlando Road.

A welfare check was then conducted at the home address by Deputies which did locate the victim, Elizabeth Braddock 73 years old, deceased in the residence with signs of foul play.

The Criminal Investigations Division and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the home address. A search warrant was obtained for the property where further evidence of the homicide was located.

Tiffany was transported to the Sheriff’s Office and during her interview did provide information confirming her involvement in the death of her mother. Tiffany will be charged with an open count of Murder and booked into the Bay County Jail.
