Minnie Louise Howard, 85 of Chipley, Florida went home to be with the Lord on August 4, 2024 at Hospice of West Alabama.
Louise was born on August 14, 1938 in Coffee County, Alabama to Hiram and Eunice Griffin. A resident of Washington County for 22 years coming from Anniston, Alabama and was a member of First Baptist Church in Chipley, Florida. Most of all, she loved her family and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Hiram and Eunice Griffin; brothers: Harrell Griffin, Chester Griffin; sisters: Lorene Holland; stepson: William Andrew Howard.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years: Ronald Howard of Chipley, FL; sons: Donny Crawford (Debbie) of Northport, AL Ronnie Crawford (Mia) Bradenton, FL, stepson: Jonathan Howard (Annette) of Clovis, New Mexico; grandchildren: William Crawford (Audrey), Samantha Crawford, Shane Crawford (Taylor), Grayson Crawford (Lee), Jake Crawford, Ty Crawford, Ben and Nora Ann Howard, Brittny Martinez (Edgar), Amanda Huff (James); sister in law: Ruth Griffin; Numerous nieces and nephews.
Service will be held 11 AM Thursday, August 8, 2024 at First Baptist Church in Chipley, Florida with Bro. Mike Orr and Donny Crawford officiating. Interment will follow In Glenwood cemetery in Chipley, Florida. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of West Alabama or Northport Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service at the Church.
