On Friday August 30th 2024, Investigators and Deputies arrived at 16924 NW 12th Street in Blountstown, at Jimmy Mitchell’s residence to execute a Felony arrest warrant on Theodious “Theo” Moore.
Upon locating Moore inside the residence, a glass smoking device containing a small amount of Methamphetamine was located in plain view.
Both Moore and Mitchell were taken into custody without incident.
Jimmy Mitchell- is being charged with possession of a Control Substance (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Theodious Moore- is being charged with outstanding warrants for Sell of Control Substance and Dealing in Stolen Property.
