Sometimes you’re the windshield, sometimes you’re the bug.
Four years ago, on September 18, 2020, the Chipley, Florida High School Tigers football team suffered an ignominious defeat on their home field at the hands of their perennial rival, the Vernon, Florida Yellow Jackets, with a final score of 40-0.
A year later, on September 17, 2021, the Chipley, Florida High School Tigers returned the favor, handing the Vernon Yellow Jackets, who were also celebrating their ‘Senior Night’, a 50-0 defeat at Vernon’s Memorial Stadium under ‘Friday Night Lights’, as seen in Part 1 of these images from the game by Paul Goulding Photography.
