Holmes County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Dale Doughtie for Methamphetamine, Violation of Parole, Etc.

On September 17, 2024, a Holmes County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Ford truck in Westville for a traffic violation. The driver, identified as Dale Doughtie, was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics following the use of K9 Paycheck.

During the stop, K9 Paycheck conducted a free air sniff around the vehicle and alerted deputies to the presence of illegal narcotics. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Doughtie, who is currently on state probation, was arrested and faces the following charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of state probation.
