At approximately 10:00 AM , the Chipley Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Second Street in Chipley. This operation led to the discovery of multiple illegal items.
During the search, investigators focused on the northeast bedroom, identified as belonging to one of the residents. In the closet, they found a safe, which was opened with a key provided by Jillian Finch. Inside the safe, investigators uncovered several bags containing a crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Additional items discovered in the safe included:
– 24 new and used syringes
– A plastic bottle cap with meth residue
– A digital scale with meth residue
– A butane torch
– A glass smoking device
As a result of these findings, it has been determined that Jillian Finch has violated Florida statutes:
893.13.6a – Possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (methamphetamine)
893.147.1 – Possession of drug paraphernalia
