A Look Back Eleven Years to 2013, as Scarecrows Arrive in Downtown Chipley, Florida

If you have passed through downtown recently, you have probably noticed the scarecrows, a feature sponsored each year by the Chipley Garden Club and the Washington County Historical Society.

Here is a look back to eleven years ago as the scarecrows were out in full force at the 2013 Scarecrow Festival, as seen by the Photography Program from Florida Panhandle Technical College in a field trip to Downtown Chipley, Florida, at this once-yearly event.
