Florida Panhandle Technical College in Chipley, Florida celebrated Halloween 2024 on Thursday, October 31, 2024 on the FPTC campus, allowing the student body to relax and enjoy a beautiful day, as seen in Part 2 of these photos of the Cosmetology Program students, who conducted a pumpkin-decorating competition, by students in the FPTC Digital Photography Program.
