A Look Back Several Years as Corrections Students at Florida Panhandle Technical College Enjoy OC Spray Training in Chipley, Florida

Pepper Spray, also known as OC or Oleoresin Capsaicin Spray, is a lachrymatory agent that irritates the eyes and causes a burning sensation, pain, and temporary blindness, used in policing, riot control, crowd control and self-defense.

On Wednesday, January 6, 2021, the Florida Panhandle Technical College Digital Photography Program in Chipley, Florida visited the FPTC Corrections Program to document the OC Spray Training, led by Instructor Scott Marsceill, as seen in these FPTC student photos.

On Thursday, November 14, 2024, the Television Production Program students at FPTC, under the direction of Instructor Paul Goulding will again document this event.
