Suspect Dead After Officer-Involved Shooting in Jackson County, Florida on Monday, November 4, 2024

Undercover Operation by Holmes County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Results in Methamphetamine Trafficking Arrest on November 1, 2024

On November 1, 2024, Holmes County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigators arrested Lisa Thomas on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. The arrest followed an undercover operation in which Thomas arranged to purchase an ounce of methamphetamine. After completing the transaction, Thomas was taken into custody by HCSO investigators.
