Three arrested after HCSO responds to drug activity complaint …………………..

BONIFAY – Three arrests were made Friday, August 17, as a result of a complaint about possible drug activity at a JJ Whitaker Road residence.

Investigators with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office made contact with occupants in two structures located on the property, beginning with that of 42-year-old Terry J. Burnham, and Sandra Holder, 45.

Upon entering the residence, investigators observed a glass meth pipe lying in plain view.

A further search of the residence led to the discovery of a bag containing methamphetamine and a cut straw, another bag containing meth residue, marijuana, and a 20-gauge shotgun.

Burnham was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of narcotic equipment, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams.

Holder was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

While on scene investigators also made contact with Thomas Kelvin Gardner, 54, who occupied another residence on the property.

A subsequent search of the home yielded more than 20 grams of marijuana.

Gardner was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana more than 20 grams.
