Members of the Wausau Town Council met in regular session Dec. 12th and as part of the agenda announced that John Earl Walsingham would be appointed to replace Council member Carol West who had resigned the post. Walsingham will be sworn in at the Council’s Jan. 9th meeting.
Council members also approved the following agenda items:
- Payment of Town Bills
- Fire Department Minutes, Training Records
- Bank Statements; Trial Balance; Profit and Loss
- Payment of Town Bills
- Water Reports
- Christmas Bonus for Employees
The next regularly scheduled Meeting of the Wausau Town Council will be January 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wausau Town Hall 1607 Second Avenue, Wausau FL. The Town of Wausau will accommodate handicapped and disabled persons who wish to attend these meetings. Contact the Wausau Town Hall at 638-1781, at least 48 hours before the meeting date to make arrangements.
