Mrs. Julia Rozella Rowe, age 63, of Bonifay, Florida, passed away December 16, 2019 at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay. She was born January 16, 1956 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to the late Ralph Fredrick Holten, Jr. and Stella Elizabeth Jacob Holten. She was a faithful member of Caryville Baptist Church.
Mrs. Rowe is survived by her son, Daniel Nathan Rowe of Bonifay, FL; one brother, Ralph Holten and wife Elaine of Bonifay, FL; one sister, Terri Conway of Bonifay, FL.
A memorial service will be held 1:30 PM Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Caryville Baptist Church. Memorialization by cremation with Peel Funeral Home directing.
