The City of Chipley, Florida is accepting applications for Collection System Crewman I.
Minimum Qualifications: Performs semi-skilled work involving routine maintenance on the wastewater collection system to include sewer lines, force mains, lift stations, inspection of grease traps and televising sewer mains and laterals.
Assists in locating sewer lines and force mains.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma. Two (2) years of experience in heavy manual labor and the use of hand and light power tools preferably in the collection system area.
This position is subject to on-call requirements. Must possess a valid State of Florida Driver’s License.
