The Chipley, Florida Police Department responded to a dive-by shooting call on Thursday evening, July 28, 2022.
The event occurred on Church Avenue in downtown Chipley, in the 7th Street area.
Officers found an adult male with a gun shot wound upon arrival, and transported the victim to Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley.
The gun shot wound appears to be non-life threatening and the Chipley Police Department is actively working this investigation.
