Two Fort Worth, Texas residents were arrested in Washington County on drug and paraphernalia charges.
At approximately 12:32 a.m. while on patrol WCSO deputies observed a vehicle behind a local motel near the interstate parked in the woods. The vehicle bearing a Texas license plate had the windows covered with blankets.
As deputies made contact with the occupants, they could smell the odor of narcotics from inside the vehicle. The occupants of the vehicle admitted having illegal items inside the car and turned it over to authorities.
26-year-old Jennifer Guijosa and 28-year-old James Christopher Kilgore were both arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
