Washington County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Chelsea Anne Walker and Timothy Adam Coulliette for Trafficking Fentanyl, Meth, Etc.

Two Jackson County residents are behind bars and facing drug-related trafficking charges after a traffic stop in Washington County.

At approximately 5 p.m., on April 4th, Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies stopped a vehicle at the intersection of State Rd. 90 and Avant Rd. Deputies made contact with the subjects in the vehicle, and a department issued K-9 was deployed which alerted to the presence of illegal narcotics inside the vehicle. 

A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in 30-year-old Chelsea Anne Walker and 36-year-old Timothy Adam Coulliette being taken into custody after deputies located Fentanyl, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia.

Both were booked into the Washington County Jail on charges of trafficking in Fentanyl, trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Walker also received an additional charge for smuggling contraband into a detention facility after she was found in possession of Fentanyl on her person.
