Holmes County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Joshua Carpenter for Methamphetamine

On April 14, 2024, deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call stating that an individual identified as Joshua Carpenter was trespassing on private property and had gotten his vehicle stuck.
 
Upon arrival, deputies located the vehicle, stuck in mud with both front doors left open. When they approached the open vehicle, deputies observed a large glass bong with an attached glass pipe on the floorboard. The pipe contained methamphetamine. Located near the bong was a bag containing Carpenter’s ID.
 
Deputies located Carpenter a short distance away from the vehicle. He was trespassed from the property and taken into custody. He faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
